A graduate of the Faculty of Law – Mansoura University in 2005, he began practicing law in the Arab Republic of Egypt as an independent lawyer in 2005 and remains registered with the bar, practicing before all types of Egyptian courts. His professional experience extended to the United Arab Emirates in 2006, where he worked as a legal consultant at various law firms in Abu Dhabi.

Since 2014, Consultant Mohamed El-Basyouni joined Mohamed Bakhit Law Firm and Legal Consultancy, taking responsibility for the legal and administrative affairs of the firm. He restructured the team, appointing highly skilled and disciplined lawyers, legal consultants, and administrative staff.

He has extensive experience in criminal, civil, commercial, personal status, and labor cases and specializes in real estate, rental, contracting, construction, supply, financial claims, and corporate cases, ensuring the protection of corporate rights in all their forms and details. He is skilled in drafting, reviewing, and examining contracts and agreements, with substantial expertise and practical application in commercial agency law and various types of commercial arbitration cases.
