Graduated from faculty of law (English department), Mansoura University – Egypt, from 2004 – 2008.
He has been practicing law as a lawyer since 2008, obtaining Civil laws Diploma from American University in Cairo.
As well as he has been practicing law in the United Arab Emirates since 2012, he started his career in UAE as a legal consultant in Dubai.
He has restructured Mohamed Bakheet law firm in 2014 and has taken over the responsibility to manage the firm, he has appointed a team of highly qualified and experienced lawyers, legal advisors, and well-organized administrative staff. He has extensive experience in criminal, civil, commercial, personal and labour laws & cases. He also specializes in real estate, leasing, contracting, construction, procurement, financial claims and corporate law. He has extensive experience in contracts law (drafting, reviewing and vetting of contracts and agreements).
He is an experienced and dedicated litigation lawyer who focuses his litigation practice on defending employers and employees in labour and employment litigation, banking and finance, real estate, commercial litigation and criminal defence. He has wide-ranging experience on family’s’ laws. Also, he has extensive experience in arbitration particularly in reference to commercial matters.
